Terry and I replaced our ugly, half-broken sliding glass door with “french” doors two weeks ago. Just now getting around to posting pics. The outside will be paited soon. Love love love it.

Moved 4 tons of rock this weekend. I’ve been wanting to do this forever! We’ve been in our house for almost 6 years now and I’ve wanted to do it since day 1. Our yard was basically dirt, with a little pebble left over from when they built the house 17 years ago. It actually looks like a real AZ front yard now! :) Got’er’done in about 4 hours, then took a dip in the pool with Spencer, bathed the dogs, cleaned the shower and Saturday was over. Sunday was good. Lazy AM, shopping in the afternoon and did a nice workout with Terry in the living room. :) Here’s to a good week….

Well, another leaky dispose-all and Terry’s Federal Rebate check resulted in a “Home Depot” weekend and a new kitchen sink. We replaced a yucky white, two-tub – 12 years old that stained/showed everything is now a lovely single-tub, black sink with a gooseneck faucet that comes out as a sprayer. Love it. Looks like a perfect match with the new black appliances. It’s even got a built-in (hand) soap dispenser and a very nifty cutting board insert wiht bowl/strainer combo. Very happy. And I helped!
