Yay! My insides!
And they missed one of my doctors orders for an injection, so I get to do it all over again on Monday. Uf!

Terry and I prepare the same lunch for ourselves each week and have it all staged, ready to go by Sunday night so all we have to do is open the fridge with an empty lunch bag in hand and grab one of each and out the door we go. I take the time to hand-wash and hand-dry all of our fruits and veggies. We also grill the chicken we eat all week for dinner on Sundays, too. That way, when we come home from the gym, all we have do to is heat up the rice and portion out 4-5 oz. of chicken and, presto, dinner’s done. We really recommend this approach to everyone – really effective way to keep on top of a strict diet.
I’ve been doing this for a about a week now. Feeling pretty good. Here’s some info: Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, is made by fermenting apples in a wood barrel. It can be a powerful, healthy, weapon in your arsenal. It can help you battle a variety of illnesses and flush out toxins. The truly useful apple cider vinegar is not the clear vinegar you find in many stores. There’s no health benefit from clear vinegar. The powerful benefits are found in the natural organic apple cider vinegar with a brownish tinge to it and floating stuff inside. The floating matter is called “mother” and is formed from the pectin and apple residue. This brown vinegar is the one creating all the buzz, the one with the minerals, amino acids and vitamins. Also, it’s been proven to speed up your metabolism if taken before meals, so, this is a no-brainer for me. People have been using this type of ‘food-medicine’ for centuries.
So ripe n juicy!
This place gets better and better.
All set to hydrate for the day!
This was amazing. Ah-mazing
It’s working it’s magic but I’m craving something/anything with some hollandaise right about now.
A new all time low. Well, since I’ve been all grown up, al least. I feel great. I actually am starting to feel like a completely different person. No more excuses. No more self hate. No more BS. 5+ lbs ahead of my 3/30/11 goal. I can do this! Terry came on a run with me today. 6.8 miles. He did great! Made me well up a little to be running next to him. Complete bliss. Love to all.
Reposting this with a slightly more positive spin: I almost didn’t fail. New goal set for 3/30/11. I can do this!
Now it’s distilled water. Ordered delivery service with a cooler today.
I just downloaded this awesome new iPhone App: iGoal. I’m replacing a Google Spreadsheet I was using to track this and it’s so much better. As of this morning, I’m 5.86 lbs ahead of my goal. Initially I wasn’t going to share any of this until the whole 8 weeks is over, but this App is so useful and easy to share, now I’ll post progress here and there. Here’s my graph as of this morning:
