A very lucky turtle this year…

LOL. First real tree Terry and I have had in about 10 years. First one in AZ, that’s for sure. It smells amazing. Decorations to come. Tree and lights up. Blessed yule, y’all.

One word: fabulous. Got to meet baby Drake, spend time with amazing people, great gifts, saw some friends we hadn’t seen in a long time, and ate some amazing food. Everyone loved the boys – they were so well behaved. Terry and I are very proud parents.

What a great Christmas. Woke up early, made coffee, laid out dog beds and blankets in front of the Christmas tree and opened some gifts together as a family:

The video’s pretty dark, but you can see Jack flipping his lid. :) Then, we went to see Avatar in IMAX 3D. Cried several times. What an absolutely beautiful movie. I’d actually pay to go see it again. After that, I took a nap while Terry played Star Wars on XBOX. It’s been a relaxed, chill day and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. Love to all. Lights are up! I found all the colored lights for the bushes that I’ve lost for the past two years. Need to replace some of the big bulbs on the house, but overall…. it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…
